Chickpea Salad.

Sometimes the last thing I want to do before bed is make my lunch. This recipe came together pretty quickly, while I was waiting for dinner to finish simmering one night. It’s really a hodge podge of stuff from my fridge and pantry but the flavors seem to come together nicely, making a satisfying, 2 minute to prepare, lunch! 

Chickpea Feta Avocado Cherry Tomato Salad

Quick Green Smoothie
3-4 servings
Write a review
  1. 6 oz non-fat yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 3 handfuls of spinach
  4. 2 sliced bananas (frozen)
  5. 1 cup diced pineapple (frozen)
  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend away! Once at desired consistency, pour into glasses and enjoy :)
